into the new year, open January 21, 2006, the North Theatre, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit
performance venue will hold a fundraiser. DANCING IN THE LIMELIGHT, "putting
down the red", will feature the big band sounds of The Starmont Swing Band,
with dancing on stage in the Starlight Ballroom. Ticket donations of $25.00 per
person will include a courtesy reception and there will be a cash bar. The North
Theatre is here for the entire community, as evidenced by the wide variety of
events already being put up at the venue, but the support of the community through
charitable, tax-deductible donations is a hard core reality of operating a first
class professional theatre in this region. Your gifts and your attendance at events
is much appreciated.
