| An
Evening of One Acts: Romeo and Julie by Bill Comeau
is a modern form of the well-known play Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare.
It is the romantic tale of two teens forbidden from falling in love by their feuding
families with, of course, a happy ending and a comedic twist. Student directors
for Romeo and Julie are Chazley Logan and Traci Green. Galileo:
The Starry Messenger by Lindsay Price is a magnificent blend of science
and theatre. Galileo was the first person to explore the heavens with a telescope.
It is a story of Galileo and his spectacular telescope which revolutionized scientific
thought. Lauren Johnson and Trevor Franklin are the student directors.
And Then There Was One by Michael Druce is an old-fashioned
murder mystery set on a strange island. As people are unexplainably being murdered,
and the others must figure out who has done it, as well as how to save themselves.
However, all is not as it seems as each of the guests reappears to reveal that
they had been tricked.
